Capstone Legal advised QUEST Invest­ment Partners on the sale of the histo­ric office and retail property „Emmler Lofts“ in Berlin-Kreuz­berg to Patrizia.

QUEST acqui­red the property at Kottbus­ser Damm 25-26 in May 2019. It has now been fully refur­bis­hed and been awarded with the BREEAM certi­fi­ca­tion „very good“. The appro­xi­mately 6,000 m² of space is newly let, among others to Aurora Energy Research and the tech start-up Kollex. The histo­ric anchor tenant Woolworth has remai­ned with its shop being located on the ground floor of the building since 1928.

The property itself is located in the immediate vicinity of Volks­park Hasen­heide and has excel­lent public trans­port connec­tions. A variety of modern, urban restau­rants are located in the immediate vicinity.
