Capst­one Legal advised QUEST Invest­ment Partners on the sale of the histo­ric office and retail property „Emmler Lofts“ in Berlin-Kreuz­berg to Patrizia.

QUEST acqui­red the property at Kottbus­ser Damm 25-26 in May 2019. It has now been fully refur­bis­hed and been awarded with the BREEAM certi­fi­ca­tion „very good“. The appro­xi­m­ately 6,000 m² of space is newly let, among others to Aurora Energy Research and the tech start-up Kollex. The histo­ric anchor tenant Woolworth has remained with its shop being located on the ground floor of the building since 1928.

The property itself is located in the immediate vicinity of Volks­park Hasen­heide and has excel­lent public trans­port connec­tions. A variety of modern, urban restau­rants are located in the immediate vicinity.
