Capst­one advises DIC Asset AG on new leases over 6,200 sqm in Frankfurt’s „Global Tower“

Capst­one Legal has advised DIC Asset AG on new leases for altog­e­ther over 6,200 sqm of new work space in the „Global Tower“ located Neue Mainzer Straße in Frankfurt’s banking district.

The renow­ned law firm Mayer Brown LLP will occupy around 4,700 m² on floors 18 to 21. Devoteam, a leading consul­tancy firm focusing on digital strategy, will rent 1,000 sqm on the 17th floor and HansIn­vest Hansea­ti­sche Invest­ment-GmbH, a leading German service capital manage­ment company, will rent 500 sqm on the 16th floor.

The pre-letting rate in the Global Tower increa­ses from 50% to around 65%. The exten­si­vely revita­li­sed building offers around 33,000 m² of new work space on 30 floors. It has been owned by GEG and Hansa­In­vest and managed by DIC since 2016.
