Capst­one advises on lease of around 6,300 sqm to SEFE in Berlin

Capst­one has advised QUEST Invest­ment Partners on the new lease in Berlin’s Markgra­fen­strasse to Sefe Securing Energy for Europe GmbH.

Invest­ment and project develo­p­ment company QUEST Invest­ment Partners has let around 6,300 sqm of the 7,800 sqm of office space in „The Graph“ to SEFE Securing Energy for Europe GmbH. The building located at Markgra­fen­strasse 62/63, which was construc­ted in 1999, is now fully let. It is currently under­go­ing exten­sive refur­bish­ment and reposi­tio­ning, with comple­tion schedu­led for summer 2023. With a contem­po­rary, uniform façade concept, it sets new archi­tec­tu­ral accents in Berlin’s newspa­per district. Inside, a modern, trans­pa­rent design and an appeal­ing lobby provide an urban new-work ambience.

The building is part of the „Urban Office RE“ portfo­lio which belongs to a real estate fund managed by Univer­sal Invest­ment for the Bayeri­sche Versor­gungs­kam­mer (BVK). QUEST Funds acts as invest­ment and asset manager for the portfolio.
