Capstone Legal advised QUEST Investment Partners on the sale of the historic office and retail property „Emmler Lofts“ in Berlin-Kreuzberg to Patrizia.
QUEST acquired the property at Kottbusser Damm 25-26 in May 2019. It has now been fully refurbished and been awarded with the BREEAM certification „very good“. The approximately 6,000 m² of space is newly let, among others to Aurora Energy Research and the tech start-up Kollex. The historic anchor tenant Woolworth has remained with its shop being located on the ground floor of the building since 1928.
The property itself is located in the immediate vicinity of Volkspark Hasenheide and has excellent public transport connections. A variety of modern, urban restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.
