Capst­one advises Quest Invest­ment Partners on new lease to Deloitte at RAW Frankfurt

Capst­one advised Quest Invest­ment Partners on the lease of appro­xi­m­ately 6,000 m² of office space at RAW Frank­furt to Deloitte.

The listed RAW building, which opened in 1989 and is known as a striking archi­tec­tu­ral icon in the bruta­list style, is under­go­ing exten­sive renova­tion and will be reposi­tio­ned as a state-of-the-art, sustainable business campus in Frank­fur­t’s central Europa­vier­tel district. Deloitte has now been secured as a long-term tenant and will move into the space in spring 2027.
