Capst­one has advised QUEST Invest­ment Partners on the new lease in the SATELLITE NINE 4 project in Hamburg to msg insur:it.

Even before comple­tion of the model office, msg insur:it decided to lease around 4,900 sqm of office space in Hambur­g’s up-and-coming St. Georg district. Half of the office space in the SATELLITE NINE 4 project has thus been let. The leading provi­der of IT soluti­ons for insurance compa­nies will move into six floors at the end of 2024.
