Capst­one advises on leasing of around 2,600 sqm to Allen & Overy

Capst­one Legal has repre­sen­ted a Hamburg family office in the lease of exclu­sive office spaces of over 2,650 sqm at Ballin­damm 17 in Hamburg to Allen & Overy LLP. The seven-storey property is a listed Kontor­haus building with a total of 11,300 sqm of office space in a prime Hamburg location directly on the Binnen­als­ter. Since 2019, it has been under­go­ing refur­bish­ment and revita­li­sa­tion measu­res. Capst­one Legal is assis­ting with the letting of the entire property.
