Capst­one advises on lease of around 7,000 sqm to O2 Telefó­nica in Hamburg

Capst­one has advised QUEST Invest­ment Partners on the new lease in Hamburg’s Tichel­haus to O2 Telefónica.

Just before for the start of construc­tion, the invest­ment and project develo­p­ment company QUEST Invest­ment Partners has let the entire office space of the Tichel­haus of almost 7,000 sqm to the telecom­mu­ni­ca­ti­ons company O2 Telefó­nica. Demoli­tion work of the old building is currently under­way on the promi­nent site at Willy- Brandt-Strasse 69. The new nine-storey building is schedu­led to be ready for occup­ancy at the end of 2024. Pre-certi­fied with LEED Gold, the Tichel­haus will cover a total of 8,400 sqm after comple­tion. In addition to office space, there will be eight flats with a view of the histo­ric Nikolaifleet as well as spaces for gastronomy.
