Capst­one advises DIC Asset AG on full letting of over 4,700 sqm in Frank­fur­t’s „Global Tower“

Capst­one has advised DIC on long-term new lettings of over 4,700 sqm of New Work space in the Global Tower tower block on Neue Mainzer Strasse in Frank­fur­t’s banking district.

As a result, full occup­ancy of the office space in the sustain­ably refur­bis­hed high-rise was achieved.
One of the tenants is the data centre opera­tor NTT Global Data Centers EMEA. Other tenants are a private bank and Infor­ma­tion Services Group Germany GmbH.
