Capst­one Legal has advised QUEST Invest­ment Partners on the re-letting of the 6th and 7th floors of the Fritz property in Munich: Inverto, a consul­ting firm belon­ging to the Boston Consul­ting Group (BCG), will be moving into the Fritz property at Schil­ler­straße 23 in Ludwigs­vor­stadt, a space measu­ring just under 1,000 m². The supply chain specia­lists are schedu­led to move in during the 2nd quarter of 2022.

For the past year, QUEST Invest­ment Partners has been trans­forming the 70s building into a contem­po­rary and future-proof property thanks to compre­hen­sive and sustainable refur­bish­ment measu­res. With around 4,500 m² of office space, it will provide a creative and urban work environ­ment, the latest techno­logy and light-flooded rooms.
