KG, an inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnally experi\u00aden\u00adced specia\u00adlist in inner-city parking proper\u00adties, was secured as the tenant for a 15-year lease. The car park, compri\u00adsing around 270 parking spaces, is due to open in&nbsp;2026.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Capst\u00adone advised VIVAO on the letting of around 410 m\u00b2 of office space in the same property. A tenant with a strong credit rating was secured in the form of SBK Siemens-Betriebs\u00adkran\u00adken\u00adkasse, one of the 20 largest statu\u00adtory health insurance funds in Germany.
