The building located at Markgra\u00adfen\u00adstrasse 62\/63, which was construc\u00adted in 1999, is now fully let. It is currently under\u00adgo\u00ading exten\u00adsive refur\u00adbish\u00adment and reposi\u00adtio\u00adning, with comple\u00adtion schedu\u00adled for summer 2023. With a contem\u00adpo\u00adrary, uniform fa\u00e7ade concept, it sets new archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adral accents in Berlin\u2019s newspa\u00adper district. Inside, a modern, trans\u00adpa\u00adrent design and an appeal\u00ading lobby provide an urban new-work ambience.<\/p>\n<p>The building is part of the \u201eUrban Office RE\u201c portfo\u00adlio which belongs to a real estate fund managed by Univer\u00adsal Invest\u00adment for the Bayeri\u00adsche Versor\u00adgungs\u00adkam\u00admer (BVK).
