In an exclu\u00adsive location at Leopold\u00adstrasse 7, the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal business law firm will move into five of the building\u2019s six floors, whose appearance is under\u00adgo\u00ading radical change, in summer 2024. The gastro\u00adnomy spaces have already been let as well: the city-famous Bar Giorn\u00adale will remain on Munich\u2019s popular boule\u00advard in Schwa\u00adbing. The elegant Italian restau\u00adrant has signed a long-term lease for 580 sqm inclu\u00adding a terrace. With the further letting of the remai\u00adning office space to Lazard &amp; Co.
