Demoli\u00adtion work of the old building is currently under\u00adway on the promi\u00adnent site at Willy- Brandt-Strasse 69. The new nine-storey building is schedu\u00adled to be ready for occup\u00adancy at the end of 2024. Pre-certi\u00adfied with LEED Gold, the Tichel\u00adhaus will cover a total of 8,400 sqm after comple\u00adtion.
