QUEST acqui\u00adred the property at Kottbus\u00adser Damm 25-26 in May 2019. It has now been fully refur\u00adbis\u00adhed and been awarded with the BREEAM certi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion \u201every good\u201c. The appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 6,000 m\u00b2 of space is newly let, among others to Aurora Energy Research and the tech start-up Kollex.
