The 40-year-old has been advising on real estate law for ten years now and joins from G\u00d6RG Partner\u00adschaft von Rechts\u00adan\u00adw\u00e4l\u00adten mbB, where he was most recently Counsel at the Hamburg office. Prior to that, he was part of the Hamburg real estate team at Fresh\u00adfields Bruck\u00adhaus Derin\u00adger LLP for seven&nbsp;years.\n<p>Stefan Frick focuses on advising on all aspects of commer\u00adcial real estate law, in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar on real estate transac\u00adtions (asset and share deals) as well as on aspects of asset manage\u00adment (in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar commer\u00adcial tenancy law). His clients include natio\u00adnal and inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal inves\u00adtors, project develo\u00adpers and asset managers. During his time at G\u00d6RG, he advised Deutsche Invest\u00adment on the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of the Altmarkt Karree in Dresden from Quantum and Values Real Estate on the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of a logistics property in&nbsp;Hanau.<\/p>\n<p>With the addition of Stefan Frick, Capst\u00adone conti\u00adnues its rapid growth in a now for the first time at partner level. The firm, which was only founded in Decem\u00adber 2020 by Dr. Hildrun Siepmann, now already compri\u00adses four profes\u00adsio\u00adnals.
