JUVE: Capst\u00adone advises QUEST Invest\u00adment Partners on the sale of a portfo\u00adlio of three office proper\u00adties to funds of Bayeri\u00adsche Versorgungskammer<\/span><\/h2>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u201e1\/3\u201c][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u201e2\/3\u201c][vc_column_text text_style=\u201esmall-text\u201c]QUEST Funds, together with Univer\u00adsal-Invest\u00adment, has acqui\u00adred four inner-city office proper\u00adties in Berlin, Hamburg, Frank\u00adfurt and Munich as part of an invest\u00adment for Bayeri\u00adsche Versor\u00adgungs\u00adkam\u00admer (BVK). The property portfo\u00adlio compri\u00adses some 25,000 m\u00b2 and will be part of a fund managed by Univer\u00adsal-Invest\u00adment with the title \u201eUrban Office RE\u201c. The proper\u00adties are core\/\u00adcore-plus proper\u00adties in central locati\u00adons that were acqui\u00adred by the QUEST Group in recent years and speci\u00adfi\u00adcally develo\u00adped to portfo\u00adlio maturity. QUEST Funds acts as invest\u00adment and asset manager of the portfolio.\n

Capst\u00adone Legal advised on the sale of the three proper\u00adties in Berlin, Frank\u00adfurt and Munich:
\nThe Berlin property is P88. Measu\u00adring 8,400 sqm, the property was built in 1965 and exten\u00adsi\u00advely renova\u00adted in 2010. It is fully let to the security company Securi\u00adtas and the Bioscen\u00adtia labora\u00adtory. The complex includes 101 parking spaces. The building at 88 Potsda\u00admer Stra\u00dfe is only a few minutes\u2018 walk from Potsda\u00admer Platz and the under\u00adground station Kurf\u00fcrstenstra\u00dfe.<\/p>\n

In Frank\u00adfurt, the Hotel Hohen\u00adzol\u00adlern Office right next to the central station is part of the portfo\u00adlio. The office and commer\u00adcial property was reposi\u00adtio\u00adned by QUEST\u2019s project develo\u00adp\u00adment division in recent years. The building, which is partly listed and dates back to 1910, offers 7,300 m\u00b2 of total lettable space.<\/p>\n

The property in Munich is Fritz, a QUEST project develo\u00adp\u00adment. In the Ludwigs\u00advor\u00adstadt district of Munich, the QUEST Group is revita\u00adli\u00adsing the office and commer\u00adcial building at Schil\u00adler\u00adstra\u00dfe 23a, south of the central station, which was built in 1973. Comple\u00adtion is schedu\u00adled for early 2022. Follo\u00adwing its moder\u00adni\u00adsa\u00adtion and the addition of two full floors, the property will offer 4,500 m\u00b2 of total lettable space and a new roof terrace. It will enter the BVK portfo\u00adlio as part of a forward deal.<\/p>\n
