The seller is a joint venture of the London-based invest\u00adment manage\u00adment company Tristan Capital Partners and the German real estate company Investa Real Estate. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.\n<p>Built in 1973, the eleven-storey property under\u00adwent complete refur\u00adbish\u00adment and an energy-effici\u00adency upgrade in 2014 and 2019. It is located in the St. Georg district, next to the Stein\u00addamm 94 office building, which also belongs to the QUEST portfo\u00adlio and compri\u00adses 12,750 sqm of space.
