Capstone advises DIC Asset AG on new leases in Frankfurt’s „Global Tower“

Capstone has advised DIC on the re-leasing of over 4,140 sqm of new work space in the Global Tower tower block on Neue Mainzer Straße in Frankfurt’s banking district.

ICF Bank is reloca­ting its Frank­furt office here from Kaiser­straße and moving into 1,500 sqm. The invest­ment bank Carls­quare rents approx. 480 sqm of office space, 2,160 sqm were given to a consul­ting firm. The leases have long-term terms of up to 15 years. DIC was suppor­ted in the letting by CBRE as lead broker and Capstone Legal as legal advisor, Jones Lang LaSalle broke­red the letting to ICF Bank and the consul­tancy firm, NAI apollo that to Carls­quare. In the meantime, 76 % of the avail­able office space in the Global Tower has been let following refur­bish­ment and rebranding.
